Cottage Cheese Dumplings


  • 500 g low fat curd cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 tbsp erythritol (or sweetener of your choice)
  • 10 tbsp oat bran
  • coconut oil
  • greek yoghurt
  • vanilla protein powder 


  1. Separate the eggs, and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  2. Mix the cheese and yolks with a mixer, then carefully add the beaten egg whites. Put the mix in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  3. Boil water in a large pot.
  4. Heat coconut oil in a frying pan. Add the oat bran and cook, stirring or tossing often, until they start to color and crisp, about 5 minutes.
  5. Once the water is boiled, make golf ball sized dumplings from the mix, and cook for about five minutes.
  6. Cover the the cooked dumplings with the oat bran.
  7. Serve with vanilla protein mixed with Greek yoghurt.
