This recipe is for you, if you like delicious pizza and also want to stick to your diet.
Ingredients:
- 2 zucchinis
- 2 eggs
- salt, pepper, garlic, oregano
- 150 g cheese of your choice
- 1 mozzarella ball
Directions:
- Grate the cheese and zucchini then add salt, pepper, oregano and garlic.
- In this recipe you don't need to squeeze out the excess water of the zucchinis. Add the 2 eggs, slice up the mozzarella cheese in to small pieces then add it to the other ingredients, mix it and put it in to a lined baking form.
- You can top it with some extra grated cheese, sliced tomatoes, ham etc.
- Bake it on 150 Celsius for about 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
