Low Carb Pizza Rolls

These pizza rolls are a real hit at any party! From a homemade dough you can quickly make a delicious snack with ham, grated cheese and your favorite pizza seasonings.

Ingredients:

Dough:
  • 200 g oat flour
  • 40 g wheat gluten
  • pinch of salt
  • 70 - 100 ml lukewarm water
  • 15 g fresh yeast
  • 100 g light curd
  • 50 g light yoghurt
Filling:
  • sugarfree ketchup
  • light grated cheese
  • sliced ham (optional)
  • basil
  • oregano

Directions:

  1. Put the curd and yoghurt into a food processor and blend until creamy.
  2. Put the yeast in the lukewarm water and let it rise a bit.
  3. Add a pinch of salt, the gluten and the creamy curd-yoghurt mixture.
  4. Mix well then add the oat flour.
  5. Let the dough rest for an hour.
  6. After an hour roll it, fill it according to your taste. Cut into small pieces.
  7. Top it with the cheese and bake on 170 Celsius for 20 minutes.
